Shipping Policy

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping will be available soon.

UK Delivery

All orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 2–4 working days for delivery.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Where a tracked Royal Mail service is used, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Occasionally, deliveries may take a little longer due to circumstances outside our control, including delays within the Royal Mail network.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
